Job Description
- Physiatry opening near Wilmington, DE
- Located in Middletown, DE - Wilmington 24m Full-time, Employed We are seeking a compassionate and quality-driven Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our post-acute care team in Middletown, Delaware. This is a full-time opportunity (5 days/week) rounding in an inpatient rehab facility, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.
- After hours/night-time backup call
- Conduct comprehensive inpatient medical assessments, including history, physical exams, and review of rehabilitation goals
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in coordination with the rehabilitation plan
- Monitor functional progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery goals
- Collaborate with rehabilitation physicians, nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide medical education to patients and families related to recovery, comorbidities, and prevention
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
- Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation is fee for service with an estimated compensation range of $249,849 - $295,818 annually and no cap on productivity income potential.

- Qualifications
- Current physician license (State of Delaware) and DEA
- Experience in post-acute or acute clinic settings
- Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to commute/relocate: Middletown, DE (required)
