Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join an established outpatient team of 8 providers in Seaford, DE. This opportunity offers a strong balance of professional growth, team support, and high-quality pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents.

Schedule & Call Clinic Hours:

Monday:

7:00 AM 5:00

PM Tuesday Thursday:

7:00 AM 6:00

PM Friday:

7:00 AM 5:00

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Occasional weekend coverage required)

Schedule Notes:

Extended hours (early morning/early evening) to accommodate patient needs.

On-Call Support:

After-hours nurse triage handles first-line calls when the office is closed.

Requirements Education:

MD or DO from an accredited institution.

Board Status:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Pediatrics.

Licensure:

Eligible for an active, unrestricted Delaware State Medical License and DEA registration.
