80 hourly (based on experience) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Retirement Plan Tuition Assistance Career Advancement Opportunities Employee Wellness Programs Key Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality nursing care before, during, and after diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI procedures, pacemaker insertions, TEE/cardioversions, and other cardiovascular interventions Monitor hemodynamic status, cardiac rhythms, and patient response throughout procedures Administer and monitor moderate sedation in accordance with established protocols Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and emergency situations Collaborate with physicians, cath lab staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery expectations, medications, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate documentation utilizing EPIC electronic medical records Requirements Active Delaware RN License or Compact RN License BLS Certification (Required) ACLS Certification (Required) Previous Cath Lab, Critical Care, Emergency Department, ICU, CVICU, Telemetry, or Cardiac Nursing experience preferred Strong assessment, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical-thinking skills Ability to participate in call rotation Preferred Background Cardiac Cath Lab
