Boynton Beach, Florida, Primary Care Physician - Concierge Medicine Opening Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! Join a healthcare system, looking to grow a concierge medicine practice in Palm Beach County. They are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its adult-focused program. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced physician who values relationship-based care, longer visits, preventive medicine, and continuity across the patient journey in both outpatient and inpatient settings Position Overview This role focuses exclusively on adult patients and serves an engaged population seeking comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness optimization, and coordinated specialty care. Physicians in concierge models commonly provide longer, less rushed visits and serve as the central coordinator across specialists, hospitals, imaging, and other services.
The physician will provide continuity of care in both the outpatient and inpatient settings while overseeing each patient's healthcare journey. The position is based in one of South Florida's most desirable communities, serving patients in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and the surrounding Palm Beach County area.
Manage preventive and proactive patient care, including wellness planning and early intervention strategies.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care with specialists, hospitals, imaging centers, pharmacies, and other providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Deliver a personalized patient experience with strong communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Maintain oversight of patient care in both outpatient and inpatient environments.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Weekend hospital rotations for practice patients only (1:5)Advanced Practitioner Support Same-day appointments with patients for urgent issuesExtended, on-time appointments to maximize patient convenience and provide ample opportunity to address all medical issuesManagement of acute and chronic conditions, annual physical and ongoing preventive wellness adviceClose proximity to all other radio-graphical modalities (CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, PET) with office arrangement of stat and routine studiesIn-office phlebotomy, routine immunizations, medication injections and X-raysAllow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more! Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted medical license, or eligibility for licensure by start date.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Completion of residency training in an ACGME-accredited program; candidates from Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med-Peds, or Preventive Medicine backgrounds are welcomed.
Minimum of five years of clinical experience required.
Experience in concierge medicine, executive health, direct primary care, or other relationship-based care models strongly preferred.
Additional fellowship training, subspecialty interest, or related experience is welcomed but not required.
Successful completion of all credentialing, background, and due diligence requirements.
