Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs across various specialties such as cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, and more. Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals including specialists, nurses, radiologists, and allied health staff to coordinate care. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or EMR/EHR platforms to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Stay current with medical research and clinical guidelines to ensure the delivery of up-to-date care practices. Participate in patient education initiatives, providing guidance on disease management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications. Skills Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy necessary for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Proficiency in using EHR systems such as Epic or EMR/EHR platforms for documentation and patient management. Experience with medical imaging techniques including CT scans and radiology reports to support diagnostic processes. Strong background in multiple specialties including anesthesiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, cardiology, oncology, family medicine, emergency medicine, pain medicine, surgery, obstetrics/gynecology (Ob/Gyn), otolaryngology, pulmonology, radiology, orthopedics, pathology, pediatrics, neurology, internal medicine, urology, psychiatry, endocrinology, critical care medicine and others. Hands-on experience with procedures such as suturing, catheterization, airway management, wound care, lumbar punctures (spinal taps), and basic life support (BLS). Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams while maintaining excellent patient service standards. Strong clinical research background is preferred for evidence-based practice enhancements.
