Job Description

Hematology/Oncology Physician New York Base Salary:
$500,000 + Incentives Flexible Schedule | Partnership Track Available Are you looking to practice Hematology/Oncology in a setting where quality, relationships, and autonomy truly matter? Our client is a growing, multi-site private practice serving the New York community. As part of the practice, you'll play a key role in expanding access to high-quality Hem/Onc services while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients in the community. About the Role Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Established practice currently experiencing growth (2-3 week waitlist for new patients) Work alongside a full-time physician during onboarding Travel between two sites
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:
10am-6pm
Wednesday:
12pm-7pm
Friday:
10am-3pm Flexible schedule options available (3- or 4-day work week possible) You'll start by seeing 15-20 patients per day, with a higher proportion of hematology cases and room to expand oncology services. The emphasis is on quality over volume and building strong patient relationships.
