Become a part of our caring community Conviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in DeLand, FL. As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the Associate Medical Director. You will be on-site at the DeLand clinic. A day in the life of a Conviva physician
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- See an average of 15 patients per day
- Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
- You will be on-site Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida, or able to obtain one.
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
- Screened for TB
- Minimum of two years of experience
- One or more years of experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients
- Associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency.
