Physician Position Summary The Physician is responsible for providing quality healthcare care in coordination with the supervising Medical Director and in adherence to all applicable Federal and State Laws and Regulations. The Physician is responsible for providing quality healthcare care in coordination with the supervising Medical Director and in adherence to all applicable Federal and State Laws and Regulations. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition. Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as and not limited to physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related procedures. Refers patients to specialists for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment. Prescribes and dispenses medication when granted authority in accordance with State licensure. Keep patient avoidable hospitalizations at a minimum. Required Education and Experience Current Florida DEA Certificate Possess current and valid license from the State Board of Medicine BLS (Basic Life Support) Certificate required Bilingual (English/Spanish) IND2

$200,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
