Interventional Pain Management Physician The Company:
Our client is an innovative, physician-led organization dedicated to providing comprehensive interventional pain management, spine, and neurological care throughout Florida. Their mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a patient-centered environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, comfort, and individualized care.
The Position:
Our client is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to join their growing practice in Fort Myers, Florida . This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician looking to build a long-term practice with significant earning potential and future leadership opportunities. Compensation & Benefits $350,000 Guaranteed Base Salary for Year One 40% of Collections After $800,000
During Year One Year Two:
40% of Net Collections Competitive Sign-On Bonus 401(k) with Up to 3% Employer Match Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 4 Weeks PTO Plus Paid Holidays CME Allowance Malpractice Insurance Provided Licensure and Professional Fee Reimbursement Requirements MD or DO Fellowship Training in Pain Management, Interventional Spine, or Related Specialty Preferred Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, Pain Medicine, or Related Specialty Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain) Active DEA Registration BLS and ACLS Certification Leadership Experience Preferred Experience with Interventional Pain Procedures Responsibilities Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Outpatient Practice Approximately 20 Patients Per Day Evaluate, Diagnose, and Treat Acute and Chronic Pain Conditions Develop Individualized Treatment Plans Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Care Teams Maintain Accurate EMR Documentation (eClinicalWorks) Procedures Performed Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections Facet Joint Injections Medial Branch Blocks Sacroiliac Joint Injections Radiofrequency Ablations Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials and Implants Dorsal Root Ganglion Stimulation Intrathecal Pain Pump Trials and Implants Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD) Sacroiliac Joint Fusion Basivertebral Nerve Ablation Additional Details No Nights No Weekend Requirements Minimal or No Call Opportunity to Grow into a Leadership Role Supportive, Physician-Friendly Environment Multiple Florida Locations with Potential Travel Opportunities Apply or send your CV to
