Pulmonologist / Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Physician Private Practice Partnership Available Day One Lake Mary, Florida Prosperity Placement Solutions has been retained to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonologist for a well-established physician-owned private practice serving the Lake Mary and Orange City, Florida communities. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine practice that has been serving Central Florida for more than two decades. The practice offers a collaborative environment, advanced diagnostic capabilities, a strong referral network, and a clear path to long-term financial success through partnership opportunities available from day one. Position Highlights Full-time Pulmonologist opportunity Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine Sleep Medicine training or board certification preferred Predominantly outpatient practice Established patient base with strong referral sources Opportunity to develop and grow Sleep Medicine services Financial partnership opportunity available from day one Excellent clinical autonomy in a physician-led environment Modern offices equipped with advanced diagnostic technology Experienced clinical and administrative support staff Compensation & Benefits Year one compensation salary + bonus $800,000+ In addition to a competitive guaranteed salary, physicians have the opportunity to earn substantial additional income through productivity incentives and partnership participation.
