This position is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in developing experience in hair restoration, aesthetic medicine, and patient-centered elective procedures. Extensive previous experience in hair transplantation is not required. Recent graduates and early-career physicians are encouraged to apply. Training and support related to our procedures, protocols, and patient management processes will be provided. We are looking for a physician with strong clinical judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing within the field of hair restoration and aesthetic medicine. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient medical evaluations and consultations. Review medical history, laboratory results, medications, and potential contraindications. Determine patient medical eligibility for procedures. Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient management. Provide medical oversight during hair restoration procedures. Monitor patient safety and clinical standards. Provide appropriate follow-up care and medical recommendations. Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation. Collaborate with the clinical, surgical, patient coordination, and management teams. Follow applicable medical, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Current and unrestricted Florida Medical License required. Strong clinical fundamentals and sound medical judgment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and patient-centered approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong attention to detail and patient safety. Interest in hair restoration, cosmetic medicine, or aesthetic procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience Previous experience in hair restoration, cosmetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or outpatient procedures is considered a plus, but is not required. Recent graduates and physicians at the beginning of their professional careers are welcome to apply.
