Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in primary care and family medicine, with experience managing a broad range of adult and geriatric health conditions. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and timely urgent care for acute illnesses and minor emergencies while supporting continuity of care in a technology-enabled, value-based healthcare environment. Key Qualifications Strong clinical skills in Primary Care and Family Medicine , with experience managing a broad range of adult and geriatric health conditions. Ability to provide timely urgent care within the primary care setting , including evaluation and treatment of acute illnesses and minor emergencies. Comprehensive knowledge of general medicine principles and evidence-based guidelines applicable to primary care practice. Experience working as a Primary Care Physician in an outpatient setting , with a focus on continuity of care and preventive health services. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution. Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine . Current, unrestricted Florida medical license , or eligibility to obtain one. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and comfort working in a technology-enabled, value-based care environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Strong commitment to patient-centered and culturally sensitive care .
