Job Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon (Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint) to join a well-established, physician-led orthopedic group in Palm Beach County, Florida!

Established multi-specialty orthopedic practice serving Palm Beach County for over 75 years Physician-led group with a collaborative and supportive clinical environment Multiple locations (5 sites) with strong referral networks and an established patient base Significant opportunity for growth and development of a Total Joint practice Access to modern facilities, advanced imaging, and dedicated OR support Strong internal and external referral flow supporting high surgical volume Focus on high-quality, patient-centered musculoskeletal care

Role:
Provide high-quality orthopedic care with focus on hip and knee replacement Perform evaluation, diagnosis, and management of adult reconstruction and total joint conditions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary orthopedic care team Participate in call coverage as assigned, varying by hospital (at JFK approximately 2 3 days per month) Maintain accurate and timely medical records Contribute to development and expansion of the total joint program
Qualifications:
MD from an accredited medical school Completion of Orthopedic Surgery residency required Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint preferred Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Eligible for Florida medical licensure Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
