Job Description
Seeking a Primary Care Physician for a community health center in Chatsworth, Georgia. Join an excellent Federally Qualified Health Center that is the only non-profit organization with a full time medical and dental staff providing care in north Georgia.

Requirements:
- Medical degree from accredited medical school
- Georgia medical license
- BLS/CPR Active
