Join a growing outpatient team in Hamilton, Georgia, where you'll practice high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative setting. We're looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values comprehensive care, clear communication, and teamwork. This role emphasizes work-life balance with an accommodating schedule, extended weekday hours, and minimal weekend commitment - no on-call duties. Schedule Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday), 8:00 AM-8:00 PM One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call responsibilities What you'll do Deliver evidence-based primary care to an adult patient population Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions Provide preventive care counseling and support overall wellness Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes Review lab results and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage an average patient volume of about 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues Compensation & benefits Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive 401(k) with a generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health insurance plan options Paid time off CME allowance and paid CME time Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, as applicable) Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license - or eligibility to obtain one Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care If you're looking for a role that balances meaningful clinical work with predictable hours and a collaborative team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
