As our Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Internal Medicine Nocturnist, you will join the team at CommonSpirit Memorial Hospital in Ringgold, GA, our exceptional new facility that just opened its doors in January 2026. This truly unique and impactful opportunity allows you to be part of a hospital-employed group dedicated to launching and shaping comprehensive, compassionate care for the North Georgia community within this cutting-edge hospital. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist with a passion for delivering outstanding, quality patient care in a new, dynamic hospital setting.

Diagnosing, treating, and prescribing for a diverse adult inpatient population under your care overnight.

Promptly evaluating new admissions and managing acute changes in patient conditions.

Responding to urgent patient needs and initiating appropriate interventions during the night time.

Ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of all patient encounters and care provided overnight.

Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety protocols, especially within a newly launched facility.

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes a guaranteed base salary for three years, quality and longevity incentives, commencement bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness benefits, 401k with match, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, CME (5 days) & allowance, relocation assistance, and potential eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness.
