Days Job description: We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its growing, physician-owned practice in the Metro Atlanta area. This opportunity is focused on adult primary care for patients ages 18+, providing preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients (18+) Manage preventive care, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions Develop long-term relationships with patients and their families Coordinate care with specialists and community resources Participate in care team meetings and collaborative discussions

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified in Family Medicine Board Eligible candidates considered only if currently completing residency and able to pass boards before starting Active Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one Current DEA registration Authorized to work in the
