Job Summary MODO Urgent Care & Concierge Wellness Center is seeking a motivated, patient-focused MD or DO to join our growing practice in Maui. We combine urgent care with concierge medicine, longevity medicine, functional medicine, peptide therapies, hormone optimization, and preventive wellness to deliver personalized, high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients in an urgent care and concierge setting. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on optimizing health, longevity, and performance. Prescribe and manage peptide therapies, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight loss medications, and other evidence-based wellness treatments (training available if needed). Perform common office procedures and telemedicine visits. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

MD or DO with an active Hawaii medical license (or ability to obtain one). Experience in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or Functional Medicine preferred. Interest in longevity medicine, functional medicine, peptides, concierge care, and preventive health. Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
