- Practice 100% Laryngology alongside 3 experienced Laryngologists
- Diverse caseload including spasmodic dysphonia, cricopharyngeal dysfunction, papillomatosis, professional voice, vibratory injury, presbyphagia, and complex airway conditions
- Direct mentorship from Dr. Bastian with support for clinical autonomy, innovation, and long-term growth
