In this role, you will oversee psychiatric nursing and provider services at a fast-paced, outpatient behavioral health agency. This role combines clinical leadership, staff supervision, program management, quality oversight, and collaboration with psychiatric providers to ensure exceptional care and positive outcomes for the individuals we serve. Duties Lead and supervise outpatient nursing and contracted psychiatric services within a community behavioral health organization. Provide clinical supervision and support to all agency LPNs and serve as a key liaison to the CCBHC Medical Director. Oversee staff development, program operations, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. Drive program growth, quality improvement initiatives, and integrated behavioral health care services. Ensure fiscally responsible operations while supporting a high-performing, consumer-centered workforce. This is a full-time, daytime position (Monday - Friday) with an on-call component that is shared with another RN with calls response mainly by phone.
