As a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and disabling conditions. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop individualized treatment plans that restore function, reduce pain, and improve the overall quality of life for the patients you serve. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical examinations and diagnostic assessments Perform and interpret electrodiagnostic studies such as EMG and nerve conduction studies Administer and oversee interventional pain management and injection procedures Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists to coordinate care Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and assistive devices as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards Educate patients and their families on treatment options, recovery plans, and preventive care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcome monitoring Stay current with advances in physical medicine and rehabilitation through continuing education Provide guidance and mentorship to clinical staff and trainees as needed Requirements MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) degree from an accredited institution Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Valid and active medical license in good standing Associate-level clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills Experience with electrodiagnostic testing and interventional procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in medical documentation Willingness to work on-site in a clinical practice setting Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices

1-2 holidays and 8 weekends per year

Spines, brain injuries, stroke rehabilitation, MSK, neuro rehabilitation, and EMG clinic

Required Procedures:

EMGs/NCS, joint injections, ultrasound-guided procedures, botox, intrathecal pump management, etc. Full clinical support available; will work with residents Must be board-certified 7+ years of experience preferred
