IU Health Medical Group is hiring! We are seeking a patient focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team at Bloomington Hospital!

Position Details:

Full-Time Days Schedule- Varies week to week Rotation- Schedule includes weekend rotation with no more than 1 in every 2 weekends No call 100% Inpatient No procedural requirements

Patient Population:

Adult patients in the inpatient setting coming from the South Region in and around Bloomington, which includes the college student population and those from more rural areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing hospital admissions, in collaboration with a physician, along with rounding responsibilities. APP will also provide cross coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

ACNP, FNP or PA certifications required Experience preferred but new grads are considered APP should have strong desire to work at the top of their license and have multiple years' experience working as either a Hospitalist APP or ICU APP. If new to the workforce, would prefer for the APP's training to include significant time in the inpatient setting.
