Job Description

Join a respected, patient-centered healthcare organization in Elkhart, Indiana. We seek a compassionate, collaborative Family Medicine physician to provide high-quality primary care for patients of all ages as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team. This full-time role offers strong clinical support, a team-oriented culture, and opportunities for professional growth across vibrant northern Indiana communities (additional opportunities in Michigan City and South Bend).
