Job Description

Join a collaborative team providing high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Evansville, Indiana. This full-time Medical Director/Attending Physician role offers clinical leadership, partnership with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and the chance to improve outcomes for post-acute and long-term care patients. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and meaningful patient-centered practice. Position highlights Full-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities.
Typical facility coverage:
1-2 days per week. No fixed start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts.
Average daily volume:
18-25 visits. Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance. Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation. Compensation & benefits Highly competitive compensation with strong earning potential. Up to $50,000 long-term retention incentive. Performance-based bonus program.
