Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general orthopedic surgical care, including joint replacements, fracture care, arthroscopy, and musculoskeletal trauma management. Conduct outpatient clinic evaluations and perform elective and emergent surgical procedures. Participate in a shared, equitable orthopedic call rotation. with AI-driven documentation enhancements. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including primary care providers, physical therapists, pain management specialists, and hospitalists. Help advance surgical quality protocols while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO). Completed an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90-120 days). Strong clinical and surgical competency across general orthopedic care with a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes.
