Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity in IndianaHuntington, IndianaFull timeA healthcare organization in Huntington, Indiana is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join its outpatient care team. This position offers a structured schedule, collaborative care environment, and the opportunity to work with patients managing complex chronic conditions.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time outpatient Internal Medicine position
  • Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for extended hours as needed
  • 36 hours of patient-facing clinical time per week
  • 4 hours per week dedicated to administrative responsibilities
  • Daily patient volume goal of approximately 18-22 patients, depending on visit complexity
  • Occasional weekend call coverage as part of a shared call schedulePractice Environment
  • Work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and nurse practitioners
  • Part of a specialized clinic focused on patients with two or more chronic conditions
  • Same-day visit capability to enhance patient access and care coordination
  • Supportive clinical and administrative staff to assist with patient managementCandidate Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Active Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Strong interest in outpatient primary care and chronic disease management
