Monday

• Friday 8 am
• 5 pm Employed Average Patients seen: 11-15

Sign-On Bonus Compensation:

• Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000
• Provider incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required
• FM, IM or Geriatric trained
• Experience working with senior populations or in Value-Based Care settings.
