This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with shared call responsibilities while working alongside a collaborative oncology team dedicated to providing high-quality cancer care. Must be willing to travel to multiple locations.

Position Details Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday Clinic Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Mondays Off Practice Setting:

Outpatient Oncology Clinic with Call Coverage Call Responsibilities Night call on select weekdays (schedule to be determined) Weekend call rotation (schedule to be determined) Call responsibilities include serving as both the primary and backup physician for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions. Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. Provide follow-up care and ongoing disease management. Review laboratory, pathology, and diagnostic imaging results. Collaborate with APPs, infusion staff, nurses, pharmacists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive cancer care. Provide physician support for APPs during assigned call coverage. Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology Active Indiana medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Current BLS certification required ACLS certification required if requesting conscious sedation privileges Current DEA registration (if applicable)
