Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in the Hutchinson, Kansas area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of post-acute and long-term care patients. You'll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities. Where you might work Local opportunities in Kansas include Cottonwood Falls, Parsons, Sedan, Wilson, and McPherson. We also have openings across the country in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. What the schedule looks like Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities. Physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week. No fixed daily start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities. Expect to see about 18-25 patients per day. The schedule is designed to support a strong work-life balance. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
