Job Description

Join a team providing medical oversight and direct care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Parsons, KS. Location coverage and schedule Primary location: Parsons, Kansas.
Additional facility opportunities nationwide:
GA, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, WI.
Full-time; physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week. No fixed start/end times, no call, no overnight shifts.
Typical daily volume:
18-25 visits. Company provides iPad with LTE for documentation. Role and responsibilities Serve as Medical Director/Attending Physician for assigned skilled nursing facilities. Provide clinical leadership and oversight, partnering with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term care populations. Participate in care planning, quality initiatives, and coordination with facility staff. Compensation and benefits Competitive compensation with above-industry earning potential. Qualifications MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligible for licensure. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine. Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
