Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:
$1.00/hour Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Competitive Benefits Package including Paid Sick Time in accordance with applicable laws Robust Referral Bonus Program Licensure, Certification, Travel, and Other Reimbursements when applicable 24/7 Dedicated Team supporting your success with VHS What You'll Do Perform orthopaedic surgical procedures as per facility protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan patient care Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions Develop and implement treatment plans Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly Maintain compliance with all facility policies and procedures Provide consultation and support to patients and staff as needed What You Need Valid Medical License in Kentucky (or eligible to obtain) Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery (board certification preferred) Relevant clinical experience in orthopaedic surgery Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare settings About the Assignment You will join a well-respected healthcare team at a leading facility in Harlan, KY, providing high-quality orthopedic surgical care.
