Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options (details provided at offer stage) What You'll Do Provide inpatient care and conduct hospital rounds during assigned rotation periods Manage outpatient cardiology patients in a clinic setting, seeing patients Monday through Friday Perform consultations and read diagnostic studies, including echocardiograms and stress tests Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during hospital rounds and in clinic Communicate follow-up plans and care instructions with patients and referring providers Review diagnostic imaging and testing results, ensuring proper follow-up and coordination Support care coordination efforts and patient follow-up during clinic and hospital visits What You Need Valid medical license in Louisiana, with active supervising privileges Prior experience in non-invasive cardiology preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently in both hospital and outpatient settings About the Assignment This role offers a unique opportunity to practice in a reputable healthcare facility in Baton Rouge, providing comprehensive outpatient cardiology services with hospital support when needed.
