Description:
Job Summary Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is a full-service casual dining sports bar known for its energetic gameday atmosphere, scratch-made food, and unmatched hospitality. The Regional Marketing Manager supports, leads and implements creative strategic Marketing and Social Media campaigns to help us drive brand awareness and sales through effective marketing strategies and social media engagement for ten Walk-On's locations.
Duties/Responsibilities Develop and Implement Marketing Plans:
Create and execute marketing initiatives for assigned restaurants. Includes sourcing content, working with restaurant LRMs, WOE marketing support, Lytho and Facebook / Buffer / Meta systems.
Manage Marketing Budgets:
Plan restaurant LRM spend and social media boosting according to budgets, ensuring all campaigns and activities are cost-effective. Leadership during events and in the restaurants, upholding brand standards, helping to identify LRM talent (support) in each restaurant. Community relations , including soliciting catering sales with local businesses, plants and schools.
Event Planning and Promotion:
Schedule, organize, and promote events and activities that drive sales and enhance brand visibility. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase engagement and followers. Create and curate content that resonates with our target audience. Work with other restaurant LRMs to gather content and support their social media accounts. Content creation that can be used across all Ten Eight locations.
Brand Awareness:
Seek out opportunities to engage with the communities we serve through meaningful sponsorships and events that provide tangible ROI.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Ten Eight and restaurant leadership, Walk-On's Enterprise marketing and other departments such as operations and culinary teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and social media, particularly within the restaurant industry.
Requirements:
Required Skills / Abilities Creativity, self-motivation, pursuit of excellence. Availability during events, which may fall during evening and weekend hours. Strong understanding of marketing principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to help other team members. Commitment to supporting operations and providing adequate feedback and solutions as needed Self-motivated, ability to independently own projects and offer solutions Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment Ability to travel to restaurant locations in the Louisiana and Texas markets Proficiency in social media platforms and tools. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and other industry-specific programs. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; previous experience in marketing and social media management in the restaurant or hospitality industry may be considered in lieu of degree. Prior experience in developing / soliciting sales. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
