A well-established private practice in Hammond, Louisiana, is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join its team with a long-term partnership opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a balanced practice model, strong hospital support, and a clear path to ownership. Position Highlights $300,000 guaranteed base salary (hospital-backed) 4-day clinic workweek Balanced outpatient/inpatient practice model ( 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient) Manageable patient volume with approximately 20-23 clinic visits per day Strong hospital and practice support Student loan assistance, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage Partnership/buy-in opportunity as early as 6 months Owner financing available for partnership transition Position Requirements Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physicians welcome Board Certified or Board Eligible Comfortable providing both inpatient and outpatient care Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital Seeking a long-term commitment Community Highlights Located in southeastern Louisiana, Hammond offers the perfect blend of small-town charm, college-town energy, and convenient access to major metropolitan areas.
