Laborists practice within a highly collaborative coverage model designed to support both patient safety and physician satisfaction. At all times, physicians have access to: Dedicated laborist physician coverage Certified Nurse Midwife coverage Private attending physician support One to two additional providers available for backup coverage 24 hours a day Our physicians are never practicing in isolation and benefit from a team-based approach that promotes collaboration during routine care, high-volume periods, and obstetric emergencies.
