We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our established primary care practice in Quincy, Massachusetts. Collaborative team-based care model with physicians, APCs, behavioral health specialists, pharmacists, and care management teams

Primary Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult patients
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Engage patients in shared decision-making to improve health outcomes
Support a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient satisfaction
Qualifications Required Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Massachusetts State Medical License
