This assignment supports both inpatient pulmonary consults and outpatient clinic services, offering a flexible schedule with no call responsibilities and the opportunity to provide coverage as monthly needs arise.

Standard credentialing process Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pulmonary care through a combination of outpatient clinic visits and inpatient consultative services. Physicians can expect an average of 3 6 inpatient consults per day , while clinic volume varies based on new and established patient scheduling. Return patient appointments are scheduled in 20-minute intervals, and new patient visits are allotted 40 minutes. Providers will practice independently during assigned shifts. Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease Active Maryland medical license or willingness to obtain one IMLC candidates welcome Maryland DEA and Maryland Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required ACLS certification required No minimum experience required Travel & Expenses Travel assistance is available and includes: Airfare Lodging Rental car and fuel Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use Parking Ground transportation Why WPA Medicine Staffing?
