Join a team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities in Dowagiac, Michigan. In this full-time role you'll provide clinical leadership and attendingship while working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and long-term care patients. The practice values collaboration and offers a schedule designed to support work-life balance and meaningful patient relationships. What the role looks like day-to-day Cover local skilled nursing facilities, typically 1-2 days per week at each site Manage roughly 18-25 visits per day, focusing on thorough, efficient care Provide clinical oversight and leadership within your assigned facilities while collaborating closely with NPs and PAs No overnight shifts, no on-call responsibilities, and no set daily start/end times—schedule flexibility to fit your life Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation and communication Where you could work Primary opportunity in Dowagiac, Michigan Additional facility opportunities available in Howell and Traverse City, MI, and other sites in Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, and Wisconsin Compensation and benefits Competitive compensation with earning potential above industry benchmarks Up to $50,000 long-term retention incentive and a performance-based bonus program Paid Time Off, 401(k) with employer match, medical/dental/vision coverage for eligible physicians Employer-paid life insurance; short- and long-term disability for eligible physicians CME allowance, licensure reimbursement, and a professional lab coat provided Who we're looking for MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care; new graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply If you want a collaborative environment where you can make a real difference in post-acute and long-term care—with a flexible, family-friendly schedule—this opportunity could be a great fit.
