We're looking for a dedicated physician to provide clinical leadership and hands-on care across local skilled nursing facilities in the Holland, Michigan area. This part-time role pairs you with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term care residents while providing oversight and guidance within assigned facilities. What the role looks like Part-time coverage of skilled nursing facilities (typically 1-2 days per week per facility). No fixed daily start/end times; schedules are flexible to support work-life balance. No on-call or overnight shifts. Typical caseload of about 18-25 visits per day. You'll work alongside NPs and PAs, offering clinical direction, making treatment decisions, and coordinating care plans.
