Job Description

Location:
Manistique, MI (local skilled nursing facilities). Part-time; collaborative practice with NPs/PAs; clinical oversight of post-acute and long-term care patients.
Scope:
Provide attending physician services and medical direction at assigned skilled nursing facilities.
Typical coverage:
1-2 days per facility per week.
Average daily visits:
18-25. Partner with onsite Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for care coordination and oversight.
Schedule and Work Conditions:
Part-time with flexible scheduling; no fixed start/end times. No call duty, no overnight shifts. Company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation.
Facilities:
Michigan opportunities include Bad Axe, East Jordan, Grayling, Holland, Houghton Lake, Mount Pleasant, Ovid, St. Joseph, Temperance, and Manistique. Additional opportunities available nationwide (GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MO, NC, OH, TN, WI).
Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills. Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.
