Outpatient practice with optional inpatient responsibilities in a fun, rural, team-oriented environment Flexible 0.6 - 1.0 FTE position with a 4-day work week Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with room for schedule flexibility No call required No OB required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice required Work alongside a collaborative team including Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs, Behavioral Health Specialists, and General Surgery Outreach providers ER providers available 24/7 with a tele-hospitalist/APP model for inpatient care and swing bed/transitional care unit Current practice includes 2 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians Established patient base with a newer clinic facility and private office EPIC electronic medical record system in use On-site resources include lab, radiology, physical therapy, hospital pharmacy, cardiac rehab, X-ray, and CT scan
