Water Treatment Operator Temp Pay Rate:

$19-$30 per hour, based on experience

Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as a Water Treatment Operator . What You'll Do:

Work 12-hour shifts in a 4-on/4-off rotation (days and nights). Perform routine water quality sampling and testing. Assist with daily operations of the water treatment plant. Follow established standard operating procedures and safety policies. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records. Perform housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders as required.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (higher education a plus). Basic math and mechanical aptitude. Ability to wear standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping. Clear communication skills with coworkers and supervisors. Dependability, punctuality, and commitment to safety.
