Exempt MNGI Digestive Health (MNGI) is a physician-owned, independent gastroenterology practice based in the Twin Cities , specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of GI issues and disorders in adults and children. We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist with a focus in IBD (adults) to join our collaborative and innovative care team.Position Overview:
Shareholder Track - 2-year path to shareholder status Full-Time, Benefit Eligible Monday-Friday Schedule with hospital coverage and on-call rotations In-person role with access to cutting-edge technologies and subspecialty collaboration . Opportunity to dedicate 50% to 70% of clinical practice to IBD care. Balanced mix of outpatient, virtual, inpatient, and procedural work. Call schedule of approximately 1:10 weekends and 1:20 weekdays. •This position may be available as Ambulatory GI Physician position upon applicant request Why Join MNGI? Strong collaboration with colorectal surgery and an experienced IBD care team. Regular IBD-focused team meetings in a collegial practice environment. Dedicated administrative support for prior authorizations and medication approvals.Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Special interest or training in IBD preferred Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin DEA certification or ability to obtain Must meet credentialing/privileging criteria J-1 Visa sponsorship not availableCompensation & Benefits:
Starting salary range: $400,000-$550,000 annually (Exact salary based on experience, education and performance)Comprehensive Benefits Package:
