License Full Job Description MNGI Digestive Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing physician team in an ambulatory, outpatient-only position. This unique opportunity offers a predictable schedule, no hospital or call responsibilities, and the ability to focus exclusively on delivering exceptional gastrointestinal care in a highly efficient, physician-supported environment. Position Highlights Outpatient-only gastroenterology practice Approximately 50% clinic / 50% endoscopy (may vary based on organizational needs) No hospital rounding No inpatient responsibilities No call requirements Predictable recurring schedule State-of-the-art ambulatory endoscopy centers Collaborative, physician-led culture

Compensation & Benefits:

This position is structured as a guaranteed annual salary based on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) status. Compensation is not tied to productivity, RVUs, or individual collections . The salary for a full-time (1.0 FTE) physician is $600,000 annually . Variety of FTE offerings available.
