Bolivar Medical Center , located in Cleveland, MS, is recruiting an additional General Surgeon to join our employed established team. We are a 164-bed general acute care hospital and are a comprehensive healthcare facility that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency department services. M-F Schedule:

36 patient care hours 4 admin; Clinic two full days, designated clinic/surgery days

Call:

1:3 plus opportunity to pick up additional call/pay Average # of patients seen per day: 20-25 patients per day (when ramped) Hospital employment Joining 2 General Surgeons (1 full-time, 1 part-time, 1 one weekend/month) Bread & Butter procedures No robotics Scopes required Covering one hospital only with all surgeries and scopes done at the hospital No trauma Hospitalist team for admissions Our General Surgery team has 70 years' combined experience and provides strong mentorship.

Qualifications:

BE/BC in General Surgery Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of MS and DEA with full prescriptive authority Recruitment Package may include:
