Job Description

Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider Fayetteville, North Carolina Help us build a dermatology practice that patients in Fayetteville can count on. We're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of dermatology APP experience to join our growing Fayetteville location. You'll provide outpatient dermatology care, develop lasting patient relationships, and help shape the experience we create for patients as the location grows. You'll manage day-to-day patient care with a designated supervising physician available for clinical consultation. This role is a strong fit for an APP who is confident in their clinical judgment, knows when to seek input, and enjoys taking ownership of a growing practice. What you'll do Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with a range of dermatologic concerns Develop treatment plans and provide clear education and follow-up guidance Consult with the supervising physician when clinically appropriate Partner with clinical and administrative staff to support smooth daily operations Help improve workflows and establish a consistently positive patient experience Build relationships with patients and support the location's growth in the community Requirements What you'll bring At least two years of experience practicing as a dermatology APP Current or eligible North Carolina licensure as an NP or PA, as applicable Strong clinical judgment and comfort providing care A collaborative approach and clear communication with patients and colleagues Initiative, adaptability and interest in helping a growing location succeed Benefits Competitive base salary plus production-based compensation Medical and dental coverage 401(k) with an employer match Generous time off If you're ready to put your dermatology experience to work in a role where you can help shape the practice as it grows, apply to join our Fayetteville team.
