  • Wake Forest Baptist Description & Requirements Outpatient Psychiatrist Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Behavioral Health Emerywood | High Point, NC Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our established outpatient behavioral health practice in High Point, North Carolina.
This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative, team-based environment with a strong focus on work-life balance. Highlights Opportunity Highlights 100% outpatient psychiatry practice Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule No inpatient responsibilities or hospital coverage requirements Telehealth opportunities available Average of 18-20 patient visits per day Shared call schedule, approximately one week every fifth week Competitive salary with RVU incentive potential Join a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, therapists, and nursing professionals dedicated to delivering comprehensive behavioral healthcare. Training and/or Experience Required Qualifications MD or DO degree Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN) Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure New graduates are encouraged to apply.
