UNC Health Lenoir is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Cardiologist to join UNC Cardiology at Lenoir, located in eastern North Carolina. This is an employed, full-time opportunity with a growing cardiology program and strong institutional support. This position will play a key role in establishing and expanding general cardiology services for a community with significant patient need, with the opportunity to work closely alongside interventional cardiology colleagues. Education Requirements:

Meeting the Board Certification Requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine and completion of a ACGME certified fellowship program.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Board Certified in Specialty DEA;

MD ACLS Professional Experience Requirements:

Prefer prior experience in Cardiology.

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

Language Skills:

Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.

Reasoning Ability:

high-level quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills required to diagnose and treat patients.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

NC medical license, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification required. Board certification in cardiology
