Job Description

. Overview The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Dartmouth Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cytopathologist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to join the highly engaged faculty of an academic medical center with a diverse case mix, while practicing in a unique and beautiful rural New England setting. Candidates with combined interests in a surgical pathology subspecialty are encouraged to apply (particularly GI or GU). Strong mentorship is available for early career candidates. Clinical Interpretation of gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology specimens Performance and interpretation of fine-needle aspiration (FNA) procedures, including rapid on-site and digital remote adequacy assessment Participation in surgical pathology services consistent with training and interests, if applicable Active involvement in multidisciplinary conferences and trainee education.
