Clinical experience beyond training required Pay & Benefits Competitive base salary with RVU incentives (guaranteed during growth phase) Directorship stipend and relocation reimbursement available Full malpractice insurance with tail coverage Medical, dental, vision insurance; Short-term and long-term disability; Life and AD&D insurance Paid Time Off & NJ sick leave; CME allowance; Tuition reimbursement; Continuing education support Retirement plans (403(b) and 457(b with employer contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for healthcare and dependent care Wellness programs and voluntary benefits What You ll Do Provide specialized ENT clinical services, including minimally invasive surgical techniques Lead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Cleveland Clinic partners for interdisciplinary care Utilize advanced surgical platforms, such as Da Vinci Xi robotic systems Drive research, educational initiatives, and community outreach programs Support a shared call schedule (1:4), with APP and hospitalist support What You Need Board Certified or Eligible in ENT at the time of application Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in ENT (not open to new grads) Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills About the Assignment This position is with a leading healthcare system in southeastern New Jersey, dedicated to innovation, excellence, and compassionate patient care.
